WHAT ARE THE FLOWER WALLS MADE OUT OF?

Premium silk artificial flowers.

HOW BIG ARE THE FLOWER WALLS?

All walls are 8x8.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

In order to secure your rental, a 50% deposit is due upon receipt. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks prior to your event. Please be aware that once your deposit is paid and your event is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rental and time slot, therefore all payments made are non-refundable.

WHEN DO YOU SET UP MY RENTAL?

Rentals are set up anywhere from 1-3 hours prior to an event depending on our schedule for that day.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A FLOWER WALL?

Yes, you can. Lead time for a custom wall is at least 4 months in advance and it is an additional cost.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A NEON?

Yes, which you’re able to keep after the event. Lead time for a custom neon is at least 4 weeks in advance and it is at an additional cost.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

The rental price includes a five-hour rental starting when the event stars. Anything over five-hours will be an additional cost per hour.

HOW DO I BOOK?

You can inquire through the ‘Contact Us’ button on this website or DM us via Instagram. Once all details are confirmed, we’ll send you a contract via email to sign and pay through our portal. It’s super easy & user-friendly!

CAN I MOVE the rental DURING MY EVENT?

No, but if you would like your rental to be moved during an event, we can arrange our employees to do so at an additional cost.
